HEALTHY Is HAPPY

In today's world, health has become a very predominant aspect in everyone's life. We are now significantly sparing our time to upgrade our health. This is because, now we have understood the importance of good health in our lives. We are doing yoga, exercises, swimming, walking etc.The law is "work out, eat well, be patient, your body will reward you".

Almost everyone has experienced that when we are sick, we can not find pleasure even in the most beautiful place or event of our life. We can rejoice in  our life only when we are fit and active.

When body is healthy, mind is also sound. A healthy mind and body can go a long way in contributing towards a person's growth in life. Mind and body are inter connected. One can not be happy if any of them is sick. If we want a break through in our life, we should be healthy both physically and mentally. A healthy person can synchronize his mind and body towards his upliftment in life.So fall in love with taking care of your body.

Exercise and yoga not only change your body. It also changes your mind, attitude and mood. Fitness is not a destination. It is a way of life. When we invest time in fitness, this is going to be the most profitable asset over time.Over time, you will thank yourself for being persistent. It also boosts our confidence, self esteem, focus and endurance."Being active can boost your feel good endorphins and distract you from daily worries".

Health is wealth.

Taming the mind

Our brain is the super powerful tool gifted to us by God. Infact,it is the super computer. But we have to be careful that no virus can spoil our computer. Negative thoughts are viruses that damage our mind.

We can create our future by focussing on the pattern of thoughts which multiply fast and design the fabric of our life. The law is, "As you think, so you become." A happy mind creates the happy world but an ill tempered mind has an angry world. You can not achieve great results with a small mind.

God has given us the same brain. It works according to the thoughts with which we feed our mind. We work according to our thoughts, which build our karmas, both physical and mental. Together they form our destiny. So, it is indispensable to train our mind,so that we can use our mind, rather than being used by the mind.
To develop mastery over mind, relax it from time to time. Gift yourself some moments of conscious breathing. Feel your inhalation and exhalation. By becoming mindful of our breathing,we feel calm and relaxed. Feel each breath coming in and going out. Slowly and gradually train your mind to be in the present. This can be achieved by observing our respiratory process.

Let's not make our happiness conditional. lf things happen this way I will be happy, otherwise I won't. When you walk, feel the minute signs of vitality flowing through millions of cells in your body. Over time the mind will learn to endow every experience with beauty, joy and well being. Then the mind will develop taste buds to be happy without any reason. Life changes need time, effort and patience. In the words of Buddha,  "Overcome the mind, overcome the world".

Mind and Body

The impact of the mind on our body is profound. Infact it is the main controlling unit of our body. Each.cell of our brain is connected with 10000 cells of our body. Any disturbance in the thoughts, feelings and behaviour causes disturbance in the physical health of our body. Thus, in spite of doing fitness programs and diet plans, people are suffering from severe ailments. This is because we are not taking care of our mental health.

When we keep our mind calm, we flow through confidence, ease and grace. It can be said that good mood leads to good health. While performing our day to day activities we should introspect. The feelings of worry, anxiety, fear,  jealousy,  anger,  criticism,  hurt and guilt lowers the frequency of our mind, resulting in degradation of our health. So we should check and replace them with powerful positive affirmations.  This will upgrade our health to the next level

Lifeclock is like a pendulum.  In any situations we should try to keep our mind calm and stable. Thus the person with a stable mind is not only healthy but also overcomes problems with ease.  One has to train his mind so that whatever he thinks, feels and behaves is his choice and not controlled by situations. When we are happy our mind produces  a chemical that relays the news of our happiness to all 52 million of our body cells who rejoice and  join in. The mind and body connection has been established in medical and scientific research.

Finally in the words of Buddha “To enjoy good health,  to bring true happiness to one's family and to bring peace to all, you must first discipline and control your own mind.”
