GRATITUDE– The Best Attitude

Life gifts us plenty of things. We never take notice of what we have instead we focus on what we do not have. This is our attitude towards life. We forget to value what we have
.
Mother Nature provides us all the things necessary for sustaining life. We receive food, water, air, sunlight from the Nature. We enjoy all these things for granted. When we are thankful for all these endowments, we feel so blessed and positive. Gratitude is the greatest prayer.

We have countless desires. When one is fulfilled, the other crops up. This continues throughout our life. In this race of acquiring more and more, we forget to be thankful for what we have. Rather, we complain for what we lack. This creates stress. Gratitude relieves us from stress and shifts our mental status from negative to positive. From morning till night  if we observe,we would be able to see that we are abundantly gifted.  Gratitude helps you see what is there, instead of what is not. Gratitude is the best medicine that heals our mind, body and spirit and attracts more things to be grateful for.

Happiness comes when we stop complaining about the troubles we have and instead thank for the troubles we don't have. Gratitude shields us from negativity and rewires our brain. It eliminates stress, improves our healing system, boosts self esteem and performance, enhances law of attraction to attract much better things in our life.

Gratitude makes us humble resulting in better relationships. It is a key to manifest abundance. The most important fact is that it helps us to be in the present. We  become aware of the present situations to be grateful for. Happiness is not about getting what we want, it is about loving what we have and being grateful for it.

We forget that waking up in the morning is the first thing to be grateful for. We are thankful to our parents, teachers, doctors, friends and all those who have been helping us in some or other way. So,start counting your blessings you receive. Cultivating this skill of gratitude can open up new doors of success in our life. Living in a state of gratitude is the “Gateway to a Happy Life".
